Engineering Studies N1 - N6
Mechanical Engineering
Mechanical engineering is the discipline that applies engineering, physics, engineering mathematics, and materials science principles to design,
analyse, manufacture, and maintain mechanical systems. It is one of the oldest and broadest of the engineering disciplines. There is a broad
career path in this discipline as one can pursue either of the following trades:
- Fitter and turner
- Fitter and machinist
- Boiler maker
- Rigger
- Welder
- Millwright
- Carpenter
- Diesel trade technician
- Motor mechanic
Electrical Engineering
Electrical engineering is a professional engineering discipline that generally deals with the study and application of electricity, electronics,
and electromagnetism, in our curriculum it is either heavy current or light current.
Civil Engineering
Civil engineering is a professional engineering discipline that deals with the design, construction, and maintenance of the physical and naturally
built environment, including works such as roads, bridges, canals, dams, airports, sewerage systems, pipelines, and railways.
